Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension system components. You will test drive vehicles, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS while delivering outstanding customer service and following company policies.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Full-time position with benefits including medical/dental/vision, retirement plan, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and service offsite/road emergencies as needed.
• Disassemble/reassemble tires, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS components.
• Utilize tools and equipment to complete repairs and inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer to qualified colleagues when needed.
