Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake, alignment, and suspension components. You will perform battery tests, install tires, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS, while delivering excellent customer service and supporting teammates.

The position offers on-the-job training, a focus on safety, and opportunities for growth within a leading Western US tire retailer.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver\'s license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing/calibrating TPMS components.
• Using equipment and hand tools.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
