Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Physicality: frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, drive train and power steering parts.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, recalibrate TPMS components.
• Use shop equipment and hand tools; assist other technicians.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite/emergency road service.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to colleagues as needed.
