Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake systems, suspension, and alignment components. You will test drive vehicles, rebalance wheels, replace TPMS parts, and support offsite service work while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina for frequent lifting and bending. Competitive benefits follow eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, drive train and steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels and calibrate TPMS components.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer to qualified colleagues when needed.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment and assist other technicians.
