Job summary

Nicklaus Children’s Hospital is seeking a Multi Clinical Coordinator Brain Institute to support patient and physician flow, scheduling, and documentation. You will act as the resource for clinic questions, coordinate communications, and ensure smooth operation across pre-, during-, and post-clinic activities.

The role requires coordination of testing, insurance verification, and adherence to HIPAA standards, with strong Microsoft Office skills and bilingual English/Spanish ability.

Qualifications

• 4 years of administrative support and coordination of a Medical Office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Power Point and Excel.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates clinics schedule, confirms appointments and testing.
• Enters patient demographics and insurance information in scheduling system.
• Obtains test authorizations and collects information for appointment/admission.
• Registers patients on clinic day; manages patient/physician flow to ensure MD seen.
• Coordinates post-clinic discharge and follows up with appointments and testing.
• Participates in Lean initiatives to improve processes and patient experience.
