Nicklaus Children's Health System is seeking an administrative professional to coordinate patient and physician flow across clinics within the Brain Institute Administration. You will handle scheduling, testing coordination, and insurance verification to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities include data entry in EHS, obtaining authorizations for tests, and supporting communications between practices and ancillary services to improve patient and family experience.

Qualifications

• 4 years of administrative support and coordination of a Medical Office experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Power Point and Excel required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate clinics schedule, confirm appointments and necessary testing.
• Enter patient demographics and insurance information in scheduling system.
• Obtain test authorizations and collect information for appointment/ admission.
• Distribute medical data and follow up with clinical indications after review.
• Coordinate patient discharge and update information in EHS.
