Qualifikationen

• MA diploma/certificate with ≥5 years MA experience or MA certification with ≥3 years experience
• BLS through American Heart Association in good standing
• High school education preferred; bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• Assist with front desk coverage and explain procedures to parents; confirm appointments.
• Document vitals and intake in EMR; maintain infection control and patient room readiness.
• Perform clerical duties: referrals, scanning, filing, and special projects as assigned.
