Responsibilities

• Before Clinic: Coordinates clinics schedule, confirms appointments and necessary testing; enters patient demographics and insurance information; obtains test authorizations and stores data.
• During Clinic: Registers patients, manages physician/patient flow, ensures service standards and patient satisfaction.
• Post Clinic: Coordinates with specialties, discharge, updates records, and schedules follow-ups; prepares correspondence and archives data.
• Common Duties: Maintains licensure, certifications, health requirements, and compliance; adheres to timekeeping policies; strives for high service scores.
