Job summary

ServiceNet in Massachusetts is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with brain injuries in residential programs across Hamden, Hampshire, Franklin and Berkshire counties. Multiple shifts are available, including overnights, with compensation ranging from $18 to $20 per hour based on experience and certifications.

No educational requirements are needed; we provide training. A valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform all tasks safely are required.

Qualifications

• No formal educational requirements; we will train you
• Driver’s license with at least 6 months in good standing

Responsibilities

• Help with Daily Activities: assist with eating, dressing, and using equipment
• Home Support: cook meals, clean, do laundry, shop for groceries
• Transportation: drive residents to appointments and events
• Keep Records: write daily notes and track information
• Support Goals: help residents achieve personal objectives
• Administer Medication: provide medications after training
• Stay Updated: complete required training and certifications
• Teamwork: collaborate with your team and follow manager instructions
