Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated support professional to provide individual and group-assisted care in a residential program for individuals with brain injuries and behavioral conditions in Massachusetts.

You will teach independence, help with daily living skills, coordinate transportation, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans while complying with safety and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field preferred.
• Experience with developmental disabilities, behavioral conditions, or brain injury preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group support to residents in a housing program.
• Teach skills that promote independence, self-advocacy, and quality of life.
• Maintain a safe, clean residential environment and assist with daily living tasks.
• Assist with community integration, access to resources, and transportation.
• Document progress, incident reports, and maintain confidential records.
