Qualifikationen

• PhD in biological sciences or an equivalent combination of degree and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of project management experience in a scientific or technical environment.
• Proficient in project management, collaboration management and efficiency software tools and best practices.
• Experience with fiscal management of projects.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the Project Manager in partnership with scientific co-leads to ensure successful delivery of project deliverables.
• Support cross-functional teams through the project life cycle (planning and execution).
• Plan and organize internal and external project meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups.
• Create, maintain, and disseminate project deliverables and timelines using PM best practices.
• Contribute to fiscal management including budget planning and resource forecasting.
• Implement communication plans to promote effective dialogue among team members.
• Ensure communication with all stakeholders regarding timelines, data requirements, and status.
• Keep milestones on track and identify at-risk deliverables.
• Facilitate preparation for internal and external project reviews.
• Support development of competitive external funding applications and ensure grants management best practices.
