The Allen Institute in Washington State is seeking a Senior Director, Scientific Alliances & Partnerships to lead external collaboration for the Brain Health Accelerator. You will shape strategy, build relationships with researchers, consortia, funders, and industry, and translate scientific priorities into productive partnerships.

The role combines scientific strategy, program development, and leadership across a growing portfolio.

Formación

• PhD or equivalent scientific experience.
• Significant leadership experience in complex biomedical research environments.
• Success developing and leading multi-institutional scientific partnerships.
• Experience building relationships, systems and practices from the ground up.
• Scientific fluency in neuroscience and related disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Shape BHA’s partnership strategy and external ecosystem.
• Cultivate and build partnerships and steward strategic scientific alliances.
• Develop new collaborative programs and funding strategies.
• Build partnerships and pathways from discovery to translation.
• Build the organizational capabilities for BHA to partner well.
