Allen Institute in Washington State is seeking a Scientific Project Coordinator III to support the Brain Health accelerator. The role involves creating tools to track large-scale projects, managing SOPs, and coordinating meetings with scientists and project managers to ensure milestones are met.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in project management, and strong MS Office/PM tools skills. This position offers hybrid work with on-site needs in Washington State.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience in fiscal management and budgeting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM tools used for tracking work.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain electronic tools (databases, spreadsheets, dashboards) to track progress of large-scale projects.
• Develop and update SOPs; ensure effective project tracking and reporting.
• Attend team meetings with scientists and project managers to align goals.
• Plan internal meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups; disseminate deliverables and data requirements.
• Monitor milestones, identify at-risk items and implement mitigation plans.
• Support budget forecasting, resource planning and expenditure monitoring.
