Job summary

Wesley Willows seeks a Well-Being Supervisor to lead brain health programs for independent living and assisted living residents. You will supervise staff, coordinate cognitive coaching, and run clinics and trainings.

You'll work with the team to deliver education, assessments, and caregiver support, driving a dignified, abilities‑focused memory care approach within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience in a Senior Living or Dementia Care/Rehab setting
• 2+ years previous experience working with persons living with dementia
• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ years previous experience providing team leadership, staff supervision, scheduling, coaching or program oversight
• Experience facilitating groups, presenting to varied audiences, coordinating events or clinics, and supporting residents and families

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Well-Being Coordinators and Associates, including scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Lead day-to-day MWC operations: group sessions, one-on-one cognitive coaching, wellness lunches, presentations, and support groups
• Plan and run annual cognitive assessment clinics and Virtual Dementia Tour trainings, including screening tools like SLUMS and DBAT
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, providing cognitive coaching, education and caregiver support
• Partner with the Assistant Director of Well-Being to develop, pilot, and scale the Prism Program Portfolio
• Deliver brain health education and presentations to residents, families, staff, and the community
• Collaborate across departments to support resident well-being
• Maintain accurate program documentation, budgets, and quality‑improvement tracking using approved systems
