Job summary

Meadow Lane Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking a Wellness Team Supervisor to oversee day-to-day care staff, ensuring residents receive personalized assistance and quality care in our memory care community.

You will lead a team, schedule rounds, enforce 1440 care standards, train staff, participate in hiring, handle safety checks, and coordinate with the Wellness Administrator. Weekend/on-call as needed; comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Healthcare, geriatrics or elderly population experience preferred.
• 2 years leadership experience.
• CNA/LPN/RN with 2+ years of related experience or training.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive work environment with coaching and support to care staff.
• Upholding schedules and attendance; ensure on-time start and full shift coverage.
• Lead 1440 care standards to meet residents' needs.
• Provide coaching, monitor performance, participate in hiring/firing decisions.
• Make daily rounds to ensure staff follow tasks and care standards.
• Verify care staff hours and manage schedules to meet community needs and budget.
• Perform safety and infection control checks; document as required.
• Train care staff and coordinate onboarding and Relias training.
• Respond to emergency calls; participate in on-call duties.
• Work weekends and/or on-call as assigned.
• Contribute to continual improvement and community events.
