Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, health sciences, gerontology, healthcare administration, behavioral science, business, or a related field required.
• Significant experience leading complex programs or organizational projects.
• Strong ability to translate research and innovative ideas into practical solutions.
• Experience across multiple stakeholders and disciplines to achieve shared goals.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to measure outcomes and drive results.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, wellness, public health, or a related environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of brain health resilience and wellness initiatives across the organization.
• Translate emerging research and best practices into meaningful programs and experiences.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to implement, evaluate, and continually improve initiatives.
• Foster collaboration with academic, healthcare, community, and philanthropic partners.
• Establish measures of success and use data to evaluate outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Support educational efforts that increase awareness of brain health and healthy aging.
• Represent Otterbein through community engagement, partnerships, and professional networking opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance and updates to organizational leadership regarding program performance and opportunities.
