Job summary

The Wyss Institute at Harvard University is seeking a Research Assistant III to join the Brain Targeting Program (BTP). You will support antibody brain shuttle screening and validation in vivo and in vitro, helping expand our modular brain delivery platform for CNS diseases.

Reporting to a Scientist, you will assist in tissue processing, ELISAs, data analysis, and documentation, contributing to teamwork in a fast-paced translational research environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, neuroscience, genetics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support in vivo functional screening and drug dosing.
• Perform in vitro tissue culture and cell-based assays.
• Document observations, update SOPs, and maintain lab records.
• Collaborate across teams and manage samples.
