Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience or a Master's Degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience in cellular and biochemical techniques and data interpretation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced cellular and biochemical techniques to address project questions.
• Design, execute, and analyze in vitro and ex vivo experiments for validation and lead optimization.
• Develop novel assays and disease models for neuroscience programs.
• Generate high-quality data packages and present findings to teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including biology, chemistry, DMPK, translational medicine, and computational biology.
• Troubleshoot challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and rigorous laboratory environment.
