Bristol Myers Squibb in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a detail-oriented scientist to support high-throughput screening in our neuroscience drug discovery group. You will develop and execute scalable assays for compound/oligo screening campaigns, driving identification of novel targets and modulators.

Your work will involve cell-based assays, high-content imaging, genetic perturbation screens, and cross-functional collaboration with automation and informatics teams to ensure data quality,

Qualificações

• Basic degree in biology or related field with relevant experience.
• Experience in high-content screening and cell-based assays.
• Strong data handling and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, optimize, and validate high-throughput assays.
• Execute compound screening campaigns and analyze results.
• Design genetic perturbation screens (siRNA/CRISPR) for discovery.
• Perform high-content imaging and analytical data extraction.
• Maintain mammalian cell culture systems for throughput.
• Troubleshoot assay performance and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with automation, informatics, and target validation teams.

Conhecimentos

Bachelor's degree in Biology/Neurosci/

4+ years of relevant experience

Master's + 2+ years experience

Data analysis/visualization skills

Organizational & communication skills
