Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an in vivo pharmacology lead in the Neuroscience TRC to advance transformational therapeutics for neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric diseases. The role emphasizes mouse studies, PD readouts, and collaboration with CROs and cross-functional teams.

The candidate will develop and apply assays, work with genetic medicines delivery strategies across the BBB, and contribute to program strategy while ensuring rigor and reproducibility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in Neuroscience or related field is required.
• Experience delivering siRNAs/ASOs across the blood-brain barrier (BBB) is required.
• Experience with rodent models of neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric diseases is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Performs and directs in vivo pharmacology studies in mice, including dosing and tissue collection.
• Assesses pharmacodynamic readouts and efficacy measures (mRNA/protein, neuropathology, transcriptomics, physiology).
• Develops new assays and mouse models as needed.
• Manages in vivo studies at CROs.
• Serves as in vivo pharmacology representative on program teams.
