Victoria’s Secret & Co. is hiring a Selling Associate to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service while showcasing product knowledge across bras, lingerie, and related items.

You will engage customers, determine their needs, and guide them through fitting selections to maximize add-on sales. The role also involves processing transactions efficiently, replenishing merchandise, keeping back room standards, and supporting floorset activities with brand adherence.

Aufgaben

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engages with customers and reads cues
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience at the Point of Sale
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets and the mark out of stock process
• Executes floorset proficiently
• Understands and adheres to brand standards
• Assists with maintenance of back room and under stock to enable efficient replenishment
• Driving top line store sales results and growing the business through action and productivity
• Maintaining focus on bras as the premier product differentiator, to build loyalty and support our Rewards Program
• Preparing for each shift by maintaining awareness of all sales, promotions and applicable ringing procedures
• Taking initiative to recover and replenish merchandise, so it is available to sell
• Understanding and demonstrating Company values
• Building loyalty through our Rewards Program
• This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing as part of your daily tasks
