Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by personally selling to customers and delivering excellent service.
• Engages customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides bra fit guidance by asking effective questions.
• Converts returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly, accurate cash wrap experience at POS.
• Reinforces buying decisions and encourages add-on purchases.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs.
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room/stock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards for availability.
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets and stock processes.
• Executes floorsets proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
• Maintains back room and stock to enable efficient replenishment.
