Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking a Selling Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating product knowledge across bras, lingerie and related lines. You will engage customers on the floor, assist at the cash wrap, and support replenishment to maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities include reading customer cues, recommending fitting options, processing transactions accurately, and contributing to a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets and the mark out of stock process
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards
• Maintains back room and under stock to enable efficient replenishment
• Drives top line store sales results and growth through action and productivity
• Maintains focus on bras as the premier product differentiator to build loyalty
• Prepares for each shift with awareness of promotions and ringing procedures
• Replenishes merchandise to keep stock available for purchase
• Understands and adheres to visual merchandising brand standards
• Assists in housekeeping of sales floor and communicates maintenance issues
• Maintains awareness of shrink and supports loss prevention
• Supports activities related to providing a safe working environment
