Job summary

Victoria’s Secret is seeking a Selling Associate to drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will engage customers, provide product knowledge, and support the store with packing, returns, and promotions.

On the sales floor, you will assist customers with bra fittings, answer questions, and promote additional items. You may work at the cash wrap and in replenishment, floorsets, and merchandising tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read customer cues and respond effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by personally selling to customers and delivering service.
• Handle cash wrap transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Process and replenish merchandise to maintain floor readiness and stock standards.
• Execute floorset activities and maintain brand standards on the sales floor backroom and stock areas.
