Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Selling Associate to drive store sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and showcase product knowledge across bra, lingerie, and fashion lines.

You’ll engage customers, assist with fittings, and support cash wrap and replenishment tasks to keep the floor stocked and inviting. The role emphasizes a team focus, reliable schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends, and a commitment to the brand’s “Best at Bras” standard.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience at the Point of Sale.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and “go-backs.”
• Processes merchandise to floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor.
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets and the mark out of stock process.
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
• Maintains back room and under stock with merchandise and non-merchandise to enable replenishment.
