Job summary

TITLE Boxing Club Boston is seeking a General Manager to drive sales, fitness programs and daily operations. You will lead a high-performing team, manage scheduling, coaching, and ensure an exceptional member experience in Assembly Row locations.

You will partner with regional leadership to deliver a full club sales funnel, monitor KPIs, maintain a welcoming environment, and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing teams and operations.
• Experience analyzing trends and metrics.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Able to multi-task and lead a front-line team.
• Boxing experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly revenue targets from memberships, packages, and retail.
• Lead and develop a high-performing club team.
• Schedule staff and drive daily/weekly goals.
• Provide training on sales, operations, and TITLE standards.
• Coordinate with Regional Leadership and Corporate.
• Foster a customer-focused club culture and profitability.
• Oversee interviewing, onboarding, and payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
• Monitor club appearance and member engagement.
• Report KPIs and club performance.
