Job summary

Buffalo Sabres is seeking a Box Office Customer Service Representative to provide excellent ticketing support for the Sabres, Bandits, and events at KeyBank Center. You will sell tickets, handle calls and emails, and assist with guest services and account operations.

The role requires cash handling, strong computer skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Part-time with flexible event-based hours and a focus on accurate payments and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• High level computer skills; computerized ticketing experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to work unconventional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Available to work at least 50% of events scheduled each month.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets at Box Office windows and over the phone; work in Account Services, Box Office, Suite Services or Guest Services on event days.
• Communicate team schedules and answer routine questions about game day information and promotions.
• Process and balance payments accurately and on time.
• Count drawer at end of shift and submit to management.
• Answer incoming calls and assist fans with ticket purchases.
• Staff temporary box office for events at LECOM Harborcenter and handle ticket sales and will call.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
