Job summary

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience preferred.

• Available to work irregular hours including nights/weekends.
• Must pass background and credit check.

Responsibilities

• Sell event tickets at the box office.
• Process sales using the computerized Ticketmaster system with cash, credit cards, coupons and vouchers.
• Distribute will call tickets and event information to guests.
• Reconcile and balance sales transactions at the end of each shift; complete reports as directed.
• Provide reconciliation to management and assist with daily sales procedures.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with others as needed.
