Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year cash handling experience and excellent math skills.
• Good communication skills & willingness to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close ticket window as required.
• Accurately issue tickets and accept payment, make change.
• Balance cash drawer and report at shift end.
• Provide information to the public regarding tickets and events.
• Direct ticketing issues to Box Office Manager/Director of Finance.
• Maintain an organized, neat and clean work area.
• Assist customers with Will Call tickets for events.
