Job summary

Oklahoma City Community College is seeking a part-time Ticket Sales Associate (Student). The role supports the Cultural Programs office, handling ticket sales over the phone and in person while delivering excellent customer service.

Hours are arranged around class schedules, up to 25 hours per week, with some evenings and weekends. Prior experience in customer service is preferred and bilingual abilities are a plus.

• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service and written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Staff the Box Office desk during your designated hours.
• Process Box Office ticket sales and answer Box Office phone.
• Assist at performances to sell tickets and distribute pre-ordered tickets.
• Provide information and assistance to faculty, staff, students, and the public about Cultural Programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
