Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in box office management or supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Ticketmaster and other ticketing systems.
- Ability to work holidays, weekends and flexible hours.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily ticketing operations and box office staff, including ushers.
- Build shows in the Ticketmaster system and set up seating layouts.
- Oversee all ticketing requests (holds, comps, media requests).
- Reconcile box office and show settlements; provide reports to management.
- Coordinate with Ticketmaster to implement new seating arrangements and layouts.
- Conduct new hire interviews and supervise staff performance.
- Distribute tickets and assist with guest experiences at shows.
