Job summary

Ocean Casino Resort is seeking a Box Office Supervisor to manage daily ticketing operations, build each show in Ticketmaster, and lead box office staff including ushers. This role represents the casino to outside artist agencies and management.

Responsibilities include coordinating seating layouts, processing holds, comps, and requests, and generating reports for management. The ideal candidate has strong Ticketmaster knowledge and at least three years of box office supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in box office management or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of leading ticketing software applications (e.g. Ticketmaster).

Responsibilities

• Build shows in Ticketmaster and supervise box office staff including ushers.
• Oversee ticketing requests (holds, comps, media requests) and reconcile settlements.
• Coordinate seating layouts and payroll for box office staff.
