Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Assistant Box Office Manager to support daily box office operations at the Pensacola Saenger Theatre. You will supervise part-time staff, handle Ticketmaster transactions, reconcile sales, and coordinate event information with the Ticketing Manager.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, experience in box office or live events, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in box office operations or live events.
• Experience supervising part-time staff preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open/close box office; supervise staff for events.
• Reconcile daily ticket sales with reports; prepare end-of-day docs.
• Coordinate event info with Ticketmaster and promoters.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist patrons with seating and accessibility requests.
