Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, a global leader in live entertainment, is seeking a venue cashier with strong cash handling and customer service skills. You will support ticket sales, Will Call, and guest services during events.

Responsibilities include operating the Box Office system, ensuring accurate ticketing, and assisting with night-of-show operations while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and reconciliations.
• Experience with in-person and phone-based customer service.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ticket sales and cash handling in a live venue environment.
• Provide courteous customer service in person and over the phone.
• Operate Box Office systems and ensure accurate ticketing and reporting.
• Assist with event night operations, Will Call, and guest list management.
• Support ADA compliance and guest needs during events.
