Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an entry-level Guest Services/Cashier role at our Philadelphia venue. You will handle cash, provide superior customer service, answer phones, and support Will Call and ticketing operations.

The position requires basic computer operations, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma required, prior ticketing experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of phone handling, cashiering and customer service.
• Entry level knowledge of basic computer operation and POS systems.
• Skill in guest relations, phone etiquette, cash handling, filing, multitasking and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a high-volume, sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to type 30 wpm.
• High School Diploma required.
