Baylor University in Waco, TX is seeking a Box Office Associate to support day-to-day operations of the Department of Theatre Arts. You will work closely with the Box Office Manager and Department Office Manager, assisting with ticketing, marketing campaigns, and customer service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with one year of relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree and three years' experience are preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma with one year of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant work preferred.
• Experience in box office, marketing or administrative roles is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with marketing needs including designing materials and campaigns.
• Process ticket orders and handle cash, credit and checks during business hours.
• Greet visitors and support Box Office Manager and Department Office Manager.
• Manage events and promotions using campus tools and software.
• Support season ticket renewals and database maintenance.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff on event planning and front office operations.
