Job summary

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in box office supervision, Ticketmaster experience, and strong leadership with excellent communication and multitasking skills. Evening and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years Box Office / Ticketing supervisory or management experience.
• Ticketmaster experience required.
• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
• Proficient in Ticketmaster Host, MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint, and cash handling.
• Ability to multitask and handle evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Box Office operations.
• Provide superior customer service to guests.
• Maintain positive team environment and effective communication with staff.
• Assist in staffing, recruitment, and adherence to company policies.
• Balance and reconcile ticketing cash drawers.
