Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Worcester Common Oval ice rink seasonally.
• Supervise staff, coordinate assignments, monitor guest service and procedures.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
