Legends is hiring a Part-Time Box Office Ticket Seller in Worcester, MA at the DCU Center. You will be the first contact for guests, selling tickets, answering questions, and processing transactions with accurate cash handling in a fast-paced box office environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and customer service experience.
• Cash handling and basic math accuracy required.
• Ability to enter data into computerized systems and count money accurately.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets for events using the venue's computerized ticketing system.
• Open and close ticket windows per procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service to guests professionally.
• Answer guest inquiries on events, pricing, seating, and venue info.
• Process ticket sales with proper cash handling and balancing daily cash drawer.
• Balance and reconcile ticket sales; submit cash and docs for audit.
• Maintain ticket inventory counts, including hard tickets and computerized sales.
• Process will-call orders and reserved tickets per procedures.
• Assist with telephone or other reservations and general box office duties.
• Perform clerical tasks; support other box office functions as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team; maintain a professional appearance.
