Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Part-Time Box Office Ticket Seller at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA. You will be the first point of contact for guests, processing ticket sales, handling cash, and answering event questions to ensure a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, basic cash handling, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior box office or POS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of customer service, cash handling, retail, hospitality, or related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets for events using the venue's computerized ticketing system.
• Open and close ticket windows as per procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Answer guest questions about events, pricing, seating, and venue information.
