Job summary

Wildhorse Resort Casino in Pendleton, OR is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate to provide fast, accurate service at the point of sale in our bowling area. You will multi-task, keep a clean workstation, and share product, promotion, or event information with guests.

Responsibilities include efficient guest handling, merchandise redemption, assisting with out-of-order machines, daily reporting, safety, and collaboration with other departments for promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in customer service/cash handling.
• Strong computer aptitude and skills to operate independently in POS software programs.

Job Summary

Work to provide guests with fast and friendly service while ensuring accuracy at the point of sale. Must demonstrate the ability to multi-task, maintain a clean workstation, and provide helpful information to guests regarding products, promotions, or events.

Essential Job Functions

Minimum Qualifications
