Wildhorse Resort Casino in Pendleton, OR seeks a beverage/food service team member for the Family Funplex. You will provide efficient, friendly service to guests, take orders, deliver drinks/food, and handle payments while upholding OLCC and safety guidelines.

JOB SUMMARY

Provides beverage service and/or food service to guests in the Family Funplex in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Ensures customer satisfaction and play through prompt, efficient, and friendly service placing customers' needs


• Greets each customer, politely offering alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks or taking food service orders.


• Retrieves drink orders from the bar service areas and promptly delivers them to customers.


• Promptly takes beverage and/or food orders, accepts payment for item(s), and processes payment as outlined.


• Ensures that beverage/food order is accurate and promptly delivered to the


• Makes continual rounds throughout the bowling/arcade areas to ensure food and beverage service is maintained.


• Ensures that all foodstuff is handled healthfully, following the guidelines of the food handler's training at all


• Maintains a neat, clean gaming area, by removing used food/beverage containers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
