Job summary
Uptown Alley Surprise is seeking a bowling and games host/hostess to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience across bowling, arcade games, laser tag, and other attractions. You will engage with guests, coordinate activities, and maintain a lively, safe, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include managing attractions, lane assignments, and ensuring clean, safe operations. Prioritise customer service, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced, family-friendly venue.
Qualifications
- Certifications in food safety and sanitation, such as ServSafe or Safe Food Handling
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Physical Stamina and Endurance-ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks in a hot and demanding kitchen environment
Responsibilities
