Job summary

Uptown Alley in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Team Assistant to support the front-of-house team during service. You will help with food delivery, table setup, bussing, and keeping dining areas clean and organized to ensure a smooth operation.

This role requires a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work in a busy environment. Qualifications include ServSafe/Safe Food Handling or equivalent certification, a high school diploma, and the stamina to work in a kitchen setting.

• Support front-of-house with food delivery and table clearing.

Role Purpose:

Overall, the role purpose of Team Assistant is to support the front-of-house team in delivering exceptional service to guests by assisting with food delivery, table setup, and clearing, while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Their contributions are essential to ensuring a positive dining experience for guests and helping the restaurant run smoothly during service.

• Physical Stamina and Endurance-ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks in a hot and demanding kitchen environment

Experience:

• Desirable - Previous experience in a high volume restaurant
