Main Event Entertainment is seeking Bowl Attendants to welcome guests, guide activities, and ensure a fun, safe, and memorable experience at our Orlando centers. You’ll help with lane setup, shoe cleaning, game promotion, and payments while keeping a clean Bowl Desk.

Join a fast-paced team with opportunities for growth. Prior food/beverage experience is a plus, and on-the-job training is provided in a vibrant, family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and positive attitude.
• Teamwork and collaboration with staff.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to learn and use multiple operating systems.
• Clear communication with management, teammates and guests.
• Flexible to work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and act as a FUN ambassador.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the center.
• Promote activities based on guest needs and availability.
• Troubleshoot lane malfunctions and assist guests with setup.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes and maintain organization.
• Escort guests to lanes and assist with ball selection.
• Process payments and greet guests returning to the venue.
• Maintain a clean Bowl Desk and lanes, perform side duties.
