Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Bowl Attendant who welcomes guests, guides activities, and ensures an exceptional, safe experience. You’ll be a helpful, energetic source of information, assist with lane setup and shoe care, and handle transactions at the Bowl Desk while keeping lanes tidy and safe.

Ideal candidates bring a guest-focused mindset, strong teamwork, and multitasking ability to learn our systems. Availability for days, nights, or weekends is required.

Aufgaben

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being a FUN ambassador
• Promoting and recommending activities based on a Guest's needs and activity availability
• Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
• Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organization
• Escorting Guests to their lane and assisting them with their lane setup and ball selection
• Ensuring Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes; completing side duties
