Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Bowl Attendant to warmly greet Guests, guide them through activities, and ensure a FUN, safe bowling experience. You will learn and use multiple systems, assist with lane setup, shoe handling, and payment processing, while maintaining clean, organized bowling areas.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming and engaging Guests and acting as ambassador of FUN.
• Promoting and recommending activities based on needs and availability.
• Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls.
• Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes and managing shoe organization.
• Escorting Guests to lanes and helping with lane setup and ball selection.
• Ensuring Guests follow bowling safety standards.
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming Guests back.
• Maintaining a clean Bowl Desk and lanes and completing side duties.
