Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Bowl Attendant to ensure guests have an enjoyable and safe bowling experience. You will greet guests, explain activities, and guide them through lane setup, shoe management, and ball selection while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required
• Guest-focused mindset
• Teamwork is a must
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being a FUN ambassador!
• Promoting and recommending activities based on a Guest’s needs and activity availability
• Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
• Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organization
• Escorting Guests to their lane and assisting them with their lane setup and ball selection
• Ensuring Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards (gotta play safe!)
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes; completing side duties
