Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Bowl Attendant to welcome guests, assist with lane setup and ball selection, and maintain cleanliness and safety across lanes and the Bowl Desk. You’ll guide guests through activities and ensure a fun, memorable bowling experience while using multiple systems to process transactions and support operations.

Ideal candidates demonstrate guest focus, teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being a FUN ambassador!
• Promoting and recommending activities based on a Guest’s needs and activity availability
• Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
• Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organization
• Escorting Guests to their lane and assisting them with their lane setup and ball selection
• Ensuring Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards (gotta play safe!)
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes; completing side duties
