Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. Overland Park is seeking Bow Technicians to deliver world-class service through expert fitting, repair, and maintenance of bows and archery equipment. You will interact with customers, explain repair steps, and keep a clean workstation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (or related experience) and can work a flexible schedule. Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour with excellent employee discounts and store benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or 3 months related experience.
• Experience with bows and archery equipment is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and customer instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow customer requests and safety requirements.
• Set up bows with accessories and tuning equipment.
• Repair and string bows as needed.
• Explain repair steps and maintenance to customers.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and participate in training.
• Assist customers with location, price, and product knowledge.
